VIRTUX Performance respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through virtux.au, why we collect it and the choices available to you.

When you request the guide or apply to the community, we may collect your name, email address, fitness goal, application response, communication preferences and submission date. Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive health information.
3. How we use information
We use information to deliver requested resources, review community applications, reply to enquiries, improve VIRTUX services and—only when you opt in—send educational updates. We do not sell personal information.
4. Storage and service providers
Submissions may be stored in the website database and delivered to VIRTUX by email through a form-delivery provider. These providers process information only to support the requested website functions. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, record keeping or resolving disputes. Records that are no longer required may be deleted or de-identified.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for optional updates. Transactional messages about a guide request or application may still be sent when necessary to complete your request.
