1. Our commitment
VIRTUX Performance respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through virtux.au, why we collect it and the choices available to you.
2. Information we collect
When you use the coaching portal, VIRTUX may collect your contact details, application responses, exercise-readiness screening answers, consent records, saved VIRTUX Standard Assessment responses and scores, bookings, payments, program activity, progress measurements, optional progress photos and weekly check-ins. Only provide information relevant to safe coaching.
3. How we use information
We use this information to review applications, support safe coaching, manage bookings and payments, provide programs, monitor agreed progress and respond to client questions. Optional marketing messages are sent only with permission. VIRTUX does not sell personal information.
4. Storage and service providers
Portal records are stored through Supabase with signed-in, row-level access controls. Optional progress photos are stored in a private bucket and are available only to the client and coach. Payments are processed by Stripe; VIRTUX does not receive or store full card details. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, record keeping or resolving disputes. Records that are no longer required may be deleted or de-identified.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request a copy of your coaching record. Some consent, payment and service records may need to be retained for legal, safety or accounting purposes.
